Alpen Cup Nordic Combined Final 2026 Successfully Concludes in Oberhof

From 13 to 15 March 2026, the Alpen Cup season in Nordic Combined came to an exciting conclusion in Oberhof. Around 85 athletes from across the FESA nations gathered for the final competitions of the 2025/26 season, competing in two Individual Gundersen events.

Despite unusually warm weather conditions, the competitions could be held successfully thanks to the tremendous efforts of the organizing team and volunteers. A heartfelt thank you goes to all helpers who worked tirelessly to ensure that sufficient snow was available and that the events could take place under fair and safe conditions.

Strong International Performances

The weekend in Oberhof saw impressive performances from several nations. The two competitions produced two victories for France and two victories for Ukraine, highlighting the competitive depth within the Alpen Cup field.

Podium finishes throughout the weekend were distributed among several nations:

  • Germany: 5 podium places

  • France: 2 podium places

  • Ukraine: 2 podium places

  • Austria: 1 podium place

  • Italy: 1 podium place

  • Switzerland: 1 podium place

Final Event of the 2025/26 Alpen Cup Season

The Oberhof competitions marked the final stop of the Alpen Cup Nordic Combined series for the 2025/26 season, during which a total of 10 competitions were held across Europe.

Overall Standings – Women

The overall Alpen Cup title in the women’s competition was secured by Tia Malovrh (SLO) after a strong and consistent season.

  3. Karina Kozlova (UKR)

Overall Standings – Men

In the men’s overall ranking, the Alpen Cup title went to Lubin Martin (FRA), who secured the top position after a strong season.

  3. Jonathan Graebert (GER)

With a successful finale in Oberhof, the Alpen Cup once again confirmed its importance as a key development competition for the next generation of Nordic Combined athletes in Europe.
