General Assembly reflects a successful season 24/25
FESA General Assembly: Reflecting on a Successful Season and Setting the Course for the Future
At the end of April, the annual FESA General Assembly took place, offering a full program and constructive dialogue. The meetings began with the Nordic Commission session, followed by the official General Assembly on April 25, 2025. All FESA member nations were represented – some attending in person, others joining online.
The central focus of the Assembly was a review of the past federation year. FESA President Roswitha Stadlober gave a very positive summary: “We had no cancellations, and all competitions across our disciplines were held as scheduled. It was also the first year with our new FESA Management Team, which focused heavily on building strong structures and internal organization development.”
A key milestone has been the increasing exchange with other national ski and snowboard federations – an important part of FESA’s long-term strategy for growth. The overarching goal remains clear: to promote youth competitions as a springboard to the international elite level.

Special thanks were extended to all event organizers, officials, and partners whose commitment provided a solid foundation for the season. The FESA Management Team also expressed its gratitude to the national federations and FESA coordinators for their excellent cooperation throughout the past year.

Looking ahead, preparations for the 2025/26 season are already in full swing. FESA is excited to continue on this successful path — together with its partners, member nations, and supporters.
