SAVE THE DATE - FESA Speed Academy to Premiere in Sölden

Wednesday, February 18, 2026

From 7–12 April 2026, the first edition of the FESA Speed Academy will take place in Sölden (AUT), organized in cooperation with FIS and Ski Austria. The new initiative highlights FESA’s commitment to developing young alpine talent and strengthening high-quality training opportunities across Europe.

The training week will bring together promising young athletes from FESA member nations to train under professional conditions on a FIS-homologated course, providing an ideal environment to gain valuable experience in the speed disciplines.

Former World Champion and Olympic medalist Alexandra Meissnitzer will join the camp as Athlete Ambassador, sharing her expertise and supporting the athletes throughout the week.

Alongside on-snow training sessions, selected side events and exchange opportunities will further enhance the overall camp experience.

The FESA Speed Academy represents an important new platform to support the next generation of alpine skiers and to foster collaboration within the European ski community.
