Successful FESA Biathlon Alpencup Finale in Goms (SUI)

The FESA Biathlon Alpencup season concluded with a successful final event in Goms from 13 to 15 March 2026. Around 150 athletes gathered for the season finale, underlining the importance of the series as a key platform for developing biathlon talent in Europe.

The competition programme featured a Sprint on Friday, a Pursuit on Saturday, and a Short Individual on Sunday, offering a varied and demanding schedule across all age groups. Athletes delivered strong performances in both skiing and shooting, with exciting races and close decisions throughout the weekend.

In the different categories from youth to senior level, victories were shared among several nations. Germany led the standings with 9 wins, followed by Austria and Switzerland with 7 wins each, while Slovenia secured 1 victory.

The event in Goms provided excellent conditions, with well-prepared tracks and a professionally organised competition, ensuring a fitting conclusion to the Alpencup season. The Local Organising Committee, together with numerous volunteers, ensured a smooth and successful event that was highly appreciated by teams and officials.

With the final races in Goms, the FESA Biathlon Alpencup season 2025/2026 is now officially concluded, once again highlighting its important role in supporting the next generation of international biathlon athletes.
