The FESA Alpencup is the largest junior series in Ski jumping/Nordic combined worldwide.
Athletes in the age groups 14-19 years are competing internationally for the first time. Ski jumping and Nordic combined are held for Men and Women. The series follows the FIS International Competition Regulations for Ski jumping and Nordic Combined, but has additional provisions that are set out in a separate set of rules.
The series consists of summer and winter competitions, all of which count towards the overall ranking.
For the organizers, the series is a very good opportunity to present high-quality sport at an international level on their facilities. The costs are significantly lower than for competitions in higher competition series.
